The usual matinee will be held on Saturday afternoon. BARTON'S CIRCUS. The matinee performance of Barton's Circus yesterday afternoon was accord ed an overflowing house. In addition to clever acts of the ordinary programme, the young folk were well catered for in the two items, the bucking donkey and the skipping competition, the former causing great merriment, while the latter was responsible for some artistic displays. At the evening performance the clever work of the acrobatic violinists aroused enthusiasm among the onlookers, and the steeplechase proved a highly exciting event. The circus wil give another performance to-night, and on Saturday there wijl be a matinee.
