He is yet another of th© old \ boys of the New Plymouth High School [ to lav down his life for his country. t Physically a splendid specimen of man- ; hood, he was very popular with aC 1 who knew him. On leaving school h< 1 entered the New Plymouth branch of \ the Bank of New Zealand, and remaini ed there until he enlisted a consider- > able time ago. He was 25 years of ; age. Mrs E. M. Woods, Tinwald, has rc--1 ccived advice that her only son, Rifle- ; Tflnn W. G. Woods, was wounded on \ February 7tli. .Rifleman Woods left with the 26th Reinforcements. ' Mrs E. R. Deiiow, .Westerfield, has r received advice that her son, Private > F. Dellow, was transferred to tho Con- : ' -valescent Depot, .Hornchurch, on February 4th.
