Details of the convention concludcd between Argentine and th© Allied Governments show that the latter will purchase Argentina's surplus wheat and other cereals to the extent of 2,500,000 tons, to be exported by November Is;, - 1918. The minimum price of the wheat will - be 12i dollars per hundred kilos.
