T REPUBLICANS SEIZE FARMS. (By Cable. —Press Association.—Copyright-! ! (Australian and N.Z.. Cable Association.) (Received February 23rd, 1.45 a.m.) LONDON, February 21. In the House of Commons, Mr H, E. Duke admitted that a procession of several liundred Irish Republicans headed by bands, seized eight farms in 61igo, and handed them over to their adherents, at a nominal rental.
