SHIPPING SITUATION IMPROVED

There is a marked improvement in tho shipping situation. Vessels at the seaboard have a carrying capacity much groater than the goods awaiting transportation.
The present problem is the further speeding-up of the railroads for the delivery of supplies %o tho seaboard.
