Mr Barton, S.M., said the point was a far-reaching one, and reserved lis decision. On a further charge of sly-grog soiling, defendant was fined £30, or six weeks' imprisonment. The evidence disclosed that she purchased 52 dozen quart bottles of beer betwoen December Ist arid' February Ist.
