The "Wanganui executive of the Protestant Political Association passed a motion of protest against the assault on two clergymen, following their participation in a moating to form a branch of tho association in Feilding, and demanding that the Government shall bring the perpetrators, to justico, and take such action as will effectively end the attempt by those opposed to the Protestant Political Association to terrorise anyone actively engaged in that association, and to safeguard tho inalienable right of all to free speech.
