Parker Company states that ho has received advices of tho resumption of Bailings from Australia. THE AFTERMATH. (Received October 19th, 11.40 tf.m. SYDNEY, October 19. A disorderly moss meeting of wharf labourers, owing to an alien element, ended in freo fights. A motion that members of tho union should sign modified cards and roturn to work was defeated. A secret ballot on tho same question is proceeding. As the result of a street collection for tho relief of tho strike distress, about £3000 was subscribed. Shipping arrangements are proceeding satisfactorily. Several vessels hare already been despatched, and otherß will foLow within a fow days.
