In the House of Representatives this afternoon, replying to Mr McCombs regarding the stoppage of work on the North Auckland railway tunnel, tho Minister of Public Works said tho men had adopted the "Go slow" policv, and he had given them the option of*working on the co-opera tivo principle. They could accept that offer or leave it alone, but he was not going to allow tho men to appoint his officers or to run his Dopartment.
