The Acting-Prime Minister forecasts that next session will be purely a war session. The chief feature of the session will be the War Loan Bill, which -nrill result in extra taxation.
Until 31 r Massev and Sir Joseph Ward return, .Sir James Allen cannot indicate what, if any, general measures ■will be gone on with.
