THE MORNING LIGHT. The schooner Morning Light, well known in the coaetal trade, has been for some tame in tibo hands of the shipwrights Lyttelton, who have been making Ml it6C6£&B.ty alterations for converting lier into a liglrter, for which purpose eho is to be utilised by the New Zealand Refrigerating Company at Wariganui. She has been insulated throughout, and will be fitted with a new auxiliary engine (100 h-p.). The Morning Light will be placed on "the slip ehortly for painting and overhaul, and will probably be rsody to enter her new sphere of activities in about two months' time.
