DISTURBANCES AT DUBLIN

It is estimated that £1000 worth of windows were broken and ono shop was looted. Several arrests were made. TO PREVENT WAR. INDEPENDENT LABOUR PROGRAMME. (Received April 11th, 7.5 p.m.) LONDON, April 10. The Independent Labour Party's Con« fcrence demanded that the Allies negotiate for a just peace. They also denounced tho system of secret diplomacy and decided to formulate a programme? to prevent war.
DOMINION MINISTERS IN ENGLAND. WEEK-ENDS-AT WINDSOR. (Received April 11th, 7.5 p.m.) LONDON, April 10. Mr Walter Long, Colonial Secretary, has telegraphed Mr W. F. Masst\v's congratulations to the New Zealandors on their work at Gaza. The King has invited Mr Massny to spend a week-end at Windsor Oasile on April 14th. A similar Royal invitation has been extended to Sir Jjae, ! Ward for April 21st. COMMONWEALTH WAR LOAN. TOTAL OF £21,500,000. (Australian and N.Z. Cabk Association.) (Received April 12th., 12.40 a.m.) MELBOURNE, April 11. Subscriptions to the £18,000,000 war loan, which closed on April 2nd, totalled £21,500,000.
