* (I'UKSS ASSOCIATION' TKI.KGn.UI.) WELLINGTON, April 0. i iio New Zealand Coachbuilders and Alitor Vehicles' Conference was addressed by Mr Ferguson, member of the Kfliciency Board. The C onference resolved"'That on account o! the shortage ot labour, and 'i:e present, difficulty in the industrial situation, the Government be unred to suspend the Territorial training camps until after the war:" also, '"That tho attention of the Efficient;.- Board be called to the need for exercising some control on the liquor traffic by shortening the hours or otherwise, in order that tho demands upon tho freight and transport services may be lessened."
