The Education Deportment hag made the following appointments to the High School Boards of the Canterbury district: —Ashburton, Mr John Tucker and Mr William B. Denshire (re-appointed); Akaroa —Mr Robert Latter (reappointed) ;__ Rangiora—Mr Wra. A. Banks; \Vaimaie —Mr Win. M. Hamilton (re-appointed). It was also decided at to-day's meeting of the Board, to recommend the Department to reappoint Mr W. R. Keltic to the Greymouth High School Board.
