(Received August 3rd, 9.25 p.m.) SYDNEY. August 3. Tlie wild excitoment which characterised the week-end wheat market was entirely "absent to-day, buyers deciding to operate cautiously. Many sellers on spot asked 4s 6d, but there wero no buyers. Shippors declined to operate in view .of tho high insuranco rates. Loading is practically suspended.
