Tho O'rist-chu-ch Musical Society hold its first subs"rir;t : on concert of the season at His Majesty's. Theatre to-mor-row evening. The interest which is being shown in the forthcoming concert, if one may judge by the booking results, serves to j-how that .tho production of Mendelssohn's "E'ijah is asmuch apnreeiated and welcomed by the musical element in Christchurch as is the re-appearance of the soloists taking part.-
