HYDROPLANE DISASTER.
(By Cable.—Prees Association.—Copjmgnt.) LONDON, June 5. IVhild Lieutenants Rico aad Thomas S. Cresswell wore swi-pianir.g at Calshot Castle tko engine became disabled, and the machine toll into iho sea. Both men were drowned. Tno liydiopiane tea iivo hundred feet. Cresswoll was strapped to tho seat, and was terribly mangled. Rico fell out, and his body has not been recovered. The indications suggest that tho engine exploded owing to au escape of petrol fumes, which were possibly ignited by a spark from tho wireless apparatus.
