IDENTITY OF THE OFFENDERS

The names of tho disturbers at the Palaco were Mary and Eleanor Blomfield, daughters of the lato Sir Arthur Blomfield, and grand-daughters of a former Bishop of London. Mary Blomfield alone addressed the King. Drastic precautions arc being taken to prevent a recurrence of such a scene at to-night's Court.
