The following further Commissioners have been appointed:— British —Messrs A. W. Mahaffy, J. Vernon, C. B. L. Tennyson (legal assistant, Colonial Office), and R. R. Grey (Foreign Office). French—l>r. Cayla (Colonial Office) and M. Roger Cambon.
