Admiral Sir Cvprtan Bridge is of opinion that neither submarines nor torpedoes havo been tested sufficiently , to justify Sir Percy Scott's conclusion.
Tho secretary of the Navy League considers that Sir Percy Scott's statement is calculated to considerably injure Britain's supremacy on the sea. at a moment whon economists are seeking to reduce the expenditure en armaments. The submarine, he considers, has not reached fcuch a stage as to warrant Sir Percy Scott'e assertions.
