Agar (secretary) It was decided that a letter bo sent to the Referees' Association, drawing attention to-tho fact that returns of matches -were not coming in' promptly, and asking it to draw the attention cf referees to tho matter. .

A lotter was received frpm tho Auckland As'ociation, siiggeetinsr Auguet Bth for the Challengo Shield match. It was decided to ssk the selectors if the date would bo suitable-. Messrs Rogers, Jones, Bellamy, Down, and Dray ton were appointed a. committee to administer Rule 4 in regard to qualification of pinyera. • A voto of thsnke was Mr D.
