Sloppy sorts were easier, but others were unchanged. Messrs. A. H. Turnbull and Co. hare been advised by Messrs. W. Weddel and Co., London, that shipments of meat to the United Kingdom for the past week were: —Argentina: Frozen beef. 20,0C0 quarters; chilled beef, 85,000 quarters; mutton, 23,000 carcases ; lamb, 7000 carcases. Australia: Beef, 44,200 quarters; mutton, 7817 carcases.
