AMERICA CUP TRIALS
(By Cable.—Eresa Aseneiition.— Copyright) NEW YORK, June 3. The Resolute won the second preliminary race for the selection of a Cup defender, defeating the Vauitie by three-minutes and a half. The Vanitie, built for Mr Cochrane, defeated the Resolute, Herreschoff'e boat, in the first heat this week.
