'Tho Times" save it is difficult to bebelieve that tho wisest Indian leaders approve of shipping Hindoos to Canada. Tho controversy is based on tho assertion that British citizenship involves tho right of unrestricted entry into any part of the British Dominions, but free peoples have the right to say whom they will admit.
