(Before Mr H. W. Bishop, S.M.) DRUNKENNESS. Five first offenders tor drunkenness were each fined os, in default twentyfour hours , imprisonment. ROGUE AND VAGABOND. Margaret Mci>ermott, enarged with being drunk on the railway station, and also with being a rogue and a vagabond, having insufficient lawful means of support, was sentenced to six months' imprisonment, with hard labour. THEFT. (Before Messrs W. Barrett and H. Andrews, J.P.'s.) Elizabeth Mary Mason was fined 40s and costs for the theft, at Springfield, of a gold rins, valued at £5, tho property of Elizabeth Potton. Henry William Rogers, £6 14s 2d; W. U. Baker v. Edith Ellmers, £3 13s 6d; J. F. Lewers v. P, Walsh, £5 19s; Ford and Mirams v. Henry Gallus, £12 Is 8d; E. Hewish and Co. v. Edwin S. Chambers, £3 13s 3d; Henry Berry and Co. v. Thomas Rowell, £18 13s 7d; Muff and Murphy v. J. K. McNeil. £a 11s 4d; A. f. White, Ltd. v. Hogg Bros £31 6s 9d. William C. Green (Mr -Salter) sued diaries Montgomery for the sum of £5 7s 2d. for goods delivpred. Judgment was given for plaintiffs for the full amiuit and costs. William Morris (Mr Malley) claimed from James Disgs the cum of £3 12s 2d, balance of moneys due. Judgment was given for plaintiff for £1 and costs.
