(Received June 3rd, 10.55 p.m.) NIAGARA FALLS, June 2. ; Jhc Mexican delegates to tho Peace j Conference announced that Huerta was ready to'withdraw from the Presidency on condition that at the timo of his withdrawal Mexico was politically pacified, and that the succeeding Government ~n*as based on tae consent of the governed and had the support of the public The mediators decided to ask General Cirranza if he was agreeable to aa armistice in order to secure, without delay, tho pacification of Mexico.
