RECENT ELECTION RESULTS.
MESSAGE TO THE LIBERALS
TILT AT THE ARISTOCRACY
(Received June 3rd, 10.55 p.m.) LONDON, Juno 3. Mi- Lloyd George said the result of recent elections was not due to a rovulsion of feeling against advanced legislation, but to impatience with the Parliamentary machine, which was inadequate to deal with the grievances which tho people were enduring. Tho contributory clauses of tho Insurance Act were doing mischief. The message of tbo elections for the Liberals was not to stand still, but to press on. Tho aristocracy and their friends were crowing jubilantly over tho mutinies in the Army and the rebellion in Ulster, but the \-ery lunghi'l on which they wero perched was being undermined by flood. They wanted an election beforo tho waters gathered sufficient force to sweep them away, but they would not get it.
