Count Zeppelin, inventor of the great Zeppelin dirigibles, addressing tho Marine Engineers' Society, said that the truly staggering progress of aeroplanes had forced serious consideration of the question whether they had not deprived dirigible balloons of their excuse for existence. Personally, he did not believe that airship, wore superfluous. Experts should consider tho question of passenger airships.
