, There was an appreciative attendance at the Colosseum last evening. The features of the current series are:— 'Threads cf Destiny," a Vitagraph prodaction, in which the acting and photo•graphy are excellent, and "The Big Camp at Hautapu," the latter running into 1500 feet. The same programme will bo shown this afternoon and tom'ght. A special picture, showing tho great railway disaster on tho North Island Main Trunk railway line, which recently

occurred near -Mercer, will be shown. Tho disabled and smoking engine, tlie shattered mail van, and tho trucks lying in tho swamp, are vividly depicted. The picture was taken shortly after the catastrophe. Tho film will be screened at both matinee and evening sessions.
