(Received Juno Srd. 12.5 a.m.) PARIS. Juno 2. M Doumcr_*ues has resigned. It is expected that M. Viviani will be the new Premier. He is a Socialist and a strong 'Labour sympathiser, hue does not belong to tho Unified Socialists, who desire the abolition of tlie Threo Years' Service Act. M. Viviani, who is violently anticlerical, is the author of tho phrase "Wo havo put out tho lights of heaven.''
