HONEYMOON COUPLE'S EXPERIENCE.
MISS TOWNSHFND'S ESCAPE. (Received Juno "2nd, 5.50 p.m.) QUEBEC, Juno 1. There was a happy reunion of tho Greonways, Salvationists. They wero on thoir honeymoon. They wore separated in tho commotion. Tho wife was blown into tho water, burned and bruised. She--was picked up by a man on a raft, who said. "Don't be afraid, littlo girl. I have lost my wife." He opened his coat and vest and drew her close to button tho -*oat around hor. Sho replied, "I have lost my husband." She did not remember anything moro till sho found herself aboard the Storstad. Tin? man on the raft- was lost. A boat had picked up Groenway. Miss Townsh'.'iid plunged among and was kicked by struggling victims, but sho closed her eyes and struck out bravely, never thinking of tbe possibility of death by drowning. She ->war_ a milo before being picked up-
