I TO THE JOT-OB OF "THE PBXS's." | Sir,—The people of Hawarden had a very clear statement from .the"Hon. 4 A. L. Herdman, of the Government and ' their programme, etc. But I wish to point out that Hawarden is 'a centre, and will continue to be a centre. The question is, Why is there no provision mado by.the Government for Vi -chool for Hawarden? There are many reasons which can ; he put forward for a good Government school at this centre.—Yours, etc., ' J. WELD.
