PROPERTY SALE.
Messrs Craddock, McCrostie Co. held' a property sale on Saturday morning at their city offices. Results:—Lot 1, full quarter-acre section, situated Armagh street West, nearly opposite the residence of the Hoii. H. F. Wigram, sold at £820, to Mr M. Steeds. Lot 2—Over 1 acre of land, together with residence of 15 rooms, etc., situate'corner of Worcester street and Stanmore road, sold at £1100, to Mr Westman. Lot 4 was a city property, corner Lichfield and Barbadoes streets, and was sold on account of the late H. Blackmore at £425, to Mr G. Hyde. Lot s—No. 200 Lichfield street, six-roomed house, went at £365, also to Mr G. Hyde. Lot G—No. 173 Lichfield street, house and twostorey dwelling, sold at £1000, to Mr J. Greig. Lot B—A fonr-roomed house in Spreydon, No. 12 Barretta street, sold at £400, to Mr Baker.
