Dear Madam, —I see that you have your scheme launched, and that the oublic has already begun to subscribe. I gather, however, from a report of Ihe meeting, that the Hospital Boaid is not prepared to launch out and acquire land, so that you will probably have to rely on nublic siipport to carry out the wholo of your scheme.
