LONDON, May 29.
A detachment of the Warwickshire Regiment, now at Malta, has been ordered to Scutari.
The Vienna newspaper, "Die Zeit," states that tho Foreign Office is embittered at the doings of tho Italians at Durazzo Herr Ix>ewenthal, tho Austrian Minister, misled by false news, fled, and is not likely to return. In St. Petersburg it is understood that tho Triplo Entonte has agreed not to interfero in Albania's internal affairs.
Tho "Novo© Vreinya" describes tho king's flight as being as comical as a cheap cinema film.
