PAPARUA COUNTY PLOUGHING MATCH ASSOCIATION.

Th© annual mootins of tho Papartia County Ploughing Match Association was held in the Tcmpleton Library last night, farmers being present from Teuvpl'eton, Halkett, West Melton, Yaldhurefc, Wecdons, and other surrounding districts. Mr F. S. Maddison w;is in tho chair.

Tho showed a credit balance of £29 lis Sd. mo election of officers resulted as follows: —President, Mr F. S. Maddison; vico-p resident, -Mr George Watson; hon. secretary, Mr K. McLonnnn: hon. treasurer, Mr G. Hoiley. A General Committee and various sub-committees were appointed, and judges were nominated. It was decided to hold a 'match in Mr George Bailey's paddock on August. 4th, and to hold another "•eetinj: l< * arrange mailers on June 27th.
