Probate of the wills of tho following deceased persons was granted yesterday:—Annie Quayle Townond (Mr M. Brown), Peter Christian Johannsen (Mr Johnson). LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION. Letters of administration in the estates of the following deceased persons wero granted:—Annie Lawrence (Mr Beattie), George Lindsay Roberts (Mj Gressou). Walter Johnston (.Mr Mailey). Lumsden Shirriffs (Mr Smithson). In the matter of an appeal in ro Williams v. Davis, summons to direct appeal to be heard at Westport by way of rehearing, the summons was dismissed with costs £2 2s, without prejudice to the matter being brought bolero the Judge in Westport.
