TO-MORROW'S MATCHES.
The match which is given pride- of place in the Canterbury L'nion's fifth round of matches, to be played io-morrow, is that between Alerivale and Sydenham. Merivale aro leading for the competition, but Sydenham have a very useful team, and in view of their defeat of Marist Bros, last week, can bo relied -upon to put up a good showing against . their moro favoured opponents.
On the south ground the gamo between Christchtirch and ilarist Bros, should prove very interesting, and after the popular victory of the former orer Oid xioys last Saturday, their form will bo cloeely watched by interested follower* of the game.
Old Boys should have little difficulty in securing a win against Albion en the west ground.
. The Lintvood-Univcrsity match at Linwood Park ought to prova -a cloeo and exciting contest.
