A German steamer landed arms for the Mexicans. General Funston thereupon arrested tho vessel for having no manifest. It is not expected that further action will bb taken, as tho United States agreed to a suspension of hostilities during tho courie of the peace conference. It is oxpected that the vessel will merely be fined for being without a manifest.
