(F. 5) Tho insuring with any Company or person or in ono or more protecting and/or indemnity association* upon the mutual principle or otherwise o.?ainst lo&aea, damages, risks, and liabilities of all kinds which may affect this Company, and tho beooming and ifaeinp insured of the Company's reesels and property, and of the vessels and property of any company in which this Company is interested, end the cajrrying on the business of Marino Insurance in all its branches and tho effecting of insurance ajid counter insurance.
