Leadenhall street, London, England, on TUESDAY, the 28th day of July. 1014, at twelveo'clock noon, for the purpose of considering, and, if thought fit, passing tho eubjoined Resolutions: — 1. That too provisions of the Memorandum of Association of the Company be altered with respect to tho objects of the Company in manner following, namely:— By inserting in Sub-clauee F of Clause 3 of the eaid Memorandum of Association the words "Debentures or Debenture Stock" after the word "Shares," end the words "or of" after the word "in," and by adding to the eaid Clause after the word "water" the following words: "or in or of any shipbuilding, chip repairing, or dry-dock Company, or in or of any other Company tho holding of whose ehaTea, debentures, or debenture stock may eeem to this Company calculated directly or indirectly to benefit th/e Company or enhance tho value of its property or rights." By adding the -following Sub-clause to Clause 3 of tho eaid Memorandum of Association:— (F. 4) Tho guaranteeing the payment of money eecured by or payable under or in respect of debentures, debenture bonds, debenture stock, contracts, mortgages, charges, obligations, and securities of any Company in which this Company holds shares, etock debenturee, or debenture stock, or is otherwise interested. (F. 5) Tho insuring with any Company or person or in ono or more protecting and/or indemnity association* upon the mutual principle or otherwise o.?ainst lo&aea, damages, risks, and liabilities of all kinds which may affect this Company, and tho beooming and ifaeinp insured of the Company's reesels and property, and of the vessels and property of any company in which this Company is interested, end the cajrrying on the business of Marino Insurance in all its branches and tho effecting of insurance ajid counter insurance. (F. 6) The investing and dealing with the moneye of the Company (not immediately required) m cr upon. such. stocks, shares, funds, and securities, and in auoh manner as may from time to timo be determined. 2.
