Councils, and the Lincoln Road Beard.. The award comes into force on June Ist, and remains in force until Octobr- ,- ---18; h, 191 G. It provides fora week of , tA hours, the daily hours to bo reg.i- j iated in .advance according to tho t.jwjcial requirements of each council or | board, but to fall between 7 a.m. and ( 7 p.m. on five days, and between 7 a.ni.| and noon on Saturdays. Tho hours ir.ciudo time occupied in attendance to , horses, cleaning harne&s. and washing j vehicles. . , !
