Before tbe Inter-State Commerce Commission, Mr J. P. Morgan denied Mr Mellen's statement that he (Mr Morgan) had concealed the truth about the management 'of tho New York-New Haven Railway Company. Ho also denied that ho had removed Mr Mcllen from the presidency of tho company for personal reasons, or that his late father over-todo Mr Mellen's activities iv any way.
