Tho steamer Waipara, from London, with 350 immiftrants aboard, is ashore in a bad position on tho Hannibal Reef, southward of Thursday Island. An attempt to tow her off failed. The warship'Fantoroe and other vessels have gone to the Waipara's assistance, taking supplies for the immigrants:
