The Mayor (Mr J. Graham) presided over last night's meeting of the "Woolrton Borough Council. Councillors J. Richardson, J. Itadcliffe, F. Newton, M. Dalziel, L. Hart, D. Moßae, W. Ful'er and G. Lilley wero also present. It also recommended" that tenders bo culled for nine tons of chaff. The Finance Committee reported ibat the xiejieral account v.a& in debit £71 12s 10d. Tho Finance Committee reccmraen-l that, ratepayers be giren eight-days' notice to pay overdue rates. The Mayor reported that Mi- J.
