AMERICA AND FRANCE.
TREATY TERMS AGREED ON. (By Coble.—Priss Aesocistioß.—Copyrislit.) WASHINGTON, May '24. Mr Bryan and M. Jussurand, tho French Ambassador, havo agreed on tho terms of :i peace treaty between tho United States and France, providing that all questions impossible of settlement by diplomacy shall be submitted to an International Commi.tsion for investigation, and during at least one year of that time hostilities shall not l>e entered upon.
A similar treaty is pending between the United States and Britain.
