'Empire Day meeting, sard the day was the birthday of the first Constitutional monarch Groat Britain had ever had. Groat Britain would never become a- republic fo long: as it had sovereigns l'ke the last three, but would immediately nccomo a republic if the Georges of the futuro were like the Georges of the past. He regarded the British Navy a* iho soio factor in keeping tho war dogs in their kennel. Chaos would bo t»° result of an Imperial Parliament now. because all tho 360,000,000 ruahy-tongued coloured subjects of the King would not bo represented, but later, after the, grand task,' of their npliftment had been accomplished, it would he> practicable*, with full .Empire representation.
