DISTURBING MR MASSEY'S MEETING.
(PRESS ASSOCIATION TELEGBAM.) AUCKLAND, May 25. At the Police Court to-day ? Arthur Richards was charged with disturbing the Rt. Hon. W. F. Massev's meeting at the Town Hall on April 27th. An usher stated that Richards lor about an hour persistently interrupted the speakers. Kichnrds had to bo forcibly ejected. Counsel stated that defendant was now- in Gisborne, and unable. tr> attend the Court en account? of the mauling he received. Defendaot was Ined 20s and costs.
