3lollen, continuing his evidence befcro tho Inter-state Commerce Commission, which is enquiring into the New YorkNewhaven Railway Company's affairs, asserted that tho late 3lr J. P, Morgan know everything about the Grand Trunk Pacific Railway Company's affairs, including Mr 31ellen's indictment for violating tho Sherman AntiTrust Law. 31 r 3lellen said he agreed to tako tho indictment, which really ought to have beon brought against 3lr Morgan, but. ho feared that the indictment might kill 31r 3lorgan, owing to his ago aDd state of health. Despite this. Mr Morgan, jun., strove to remove 31 r. Mellon from tho presidency of the company.
