"At Kirweo sale yesterday the yarding of sheep and lambs, owing, no doubt, to the very rough -weather, was limited to 1200, of which 1020 "were fats, 782 being lambs. There was only one line of wethers, and two small lots of ewes. The entry of 6tores consisted of two pons of lambs. There was a moderate attendance. Competition, for fats was slightly easier than at 6ome of the other markets of late, and three or four lots were withdrawn at auction. Prices were: —Fat lamos £7s lid to 19s od, fat crossbred wethers 23s 9d, fat crossbred ewes 16s lid. The stores were all passed at auction, wether lambs at 12s, ewo la nibs at 15s 6d. Sales were^ —On account C. McCausland, 288 fat lambs at 19s od; H. Dysart, 28 at 18s' 3d; A. Williame, V 0 at 17s lid; C. A. Adams, 74 at 17s lid; l>. R. Hutchinson, 198 fat crossbred wethers at 23s 9d.
