'The- Times," in a leader, says:— "lf Mr Asquith's proposals regarding Ulstor are not greatly amplified, tho hopes of peace, now widely cherished, will assuredly prove to-be vain. That the time limit must disappear is a proposition no longer seriously disputed in any responsible quarter."
